Journaling is a beneficial way to process your feelings, record your memories, or work through difficult circumstances. Journaling has been a steady part of my life since I was young. I would walk away understanding my emotions and thoughts, and deeper reasons behind those, that I had uncovered through the process of writing.
It has also been a wonderful way to look back on experiences, some of which I had forgotten the full details of.
